Cooper City, FL · Broward County
One number for the whole house.
10 years in air conditioning, licensed, working out of Cooper City. The same hands that service your AC handle the plumbing, the wiring, the appliances and the wall behind them.

New customers pay nothing for the first visit.
What we do
Five trades. One call. One person accountable for the result.
Most home problems do not respect the boundary between trades. A leak becomes drywall. A new range becomes a dedicated circuit. Handling those separately is how a two-hour job turns into three weeks of scheduling.
01Air Conditioning & Heating
Ten years in HVAC. Diagnostics, repairs, seasonal maintenance and replacements on split systems, air handlers and mini-splits.
See what that covers
02Plumbing
Leaks, clogs, fixtures, water heaters and repipes. The everyday plumbing that keeps a house running, handled by the same person who services your AC.
See what that covers
03Electrical
Outlets, switches, fixtures, dedicated circuits, breaker and panel work, plus the surge protection that matters through a Florida storm season.
See what that covers
04Appliance Repair
Refrigerators, washers, dryers, ranges and dishwashers. Diagnosed, repaired where repair makes sense, and replaced properly when it does not.

05Handyman & Home Repairs
The punch list that would otherwise take four contractors and four scheduling windows, patched, painted, hung, sealed and finished in one visit.

Not sure which one it is?
Describe what the house is doing. Working that out is the job, and for a new customer it costs nothing.

Why the name is a number.
Not because it sounded good. Because each of these trades is the one that turns up inside the last one, and after ten years of that the circle closed on its own.
About Diego- 01
Air conditioning
The trade everything else grew out of. Ten years of it, in the county that runs its systems hardest.
- 02
Plumbing
Half of every AC call already is plumbing. The condensate line is a drain, and it is the first thing to fail here.
- 03
Electrical
The disconnect, the contactor, the dedicated circuit. You cannot service a system without touching what feeds it.
- 04
Appliances
An air handler is a motor, a board and a drain pan. So is a washer. So is a refrigerator.
- 05
Drywall, concrete, repairs
Because a fixed leak still leaves a hole in the ceiling, and somebody has to close it.

How it goes
From the call to the fix.
- 01
You call and describe it
Tell us what the house is doing. Most problems narrow down over the phone, which decides what goes on the truck before the visit.
- 02
We diagnose and price it
The diagnosis comes with a number attached. Nothing gets opened, replaced or ordered until you have heard that number and said yes.
- 03
It gets fixed, usually that visit
Common failures are stocked. When a part has to be ordered you get the date, not a vague promise about next week.
Where we work
Broward County, from Cooper City outward.
Staying inside one county is what makes same-day service possible. Each city below has its own page, because a 1960s house in east Miramar and a 1990s house in Weston fail in completely different ways.

Questions
Before you call.
- Is the first service call really free?
- For a new customer, yes. You pay nothing for the visit and the diagnosis. You pay for the repair only if you decide to go ahead with it.
- How can one person cover AC, plumbing, electrical and appliances?
- Air conditioning came first, and it sits on top of the other three. The drain line is plumbing. The disconnect is electrical. The air handler is a machine with a motor and a board, the same as a washer. After 10 years the rest of the house followed. Work that legally requires a licence not held here is handed to someone who holds it, and you get told that at the diagnosis.
- How far do you travel?
- Cooper City outward across Broward County. Nearby cities are routine. Call about anywhere else and you will get a straight answer about whether the trip makes sense.
- Do you charge more for evenings or weekends?
- You will be told the rate before anyone is dispatched. Nothing gets added to the invoice afterward.
- Se habla español?
- Sí. Puede llamar o escribir en español.
Something in the house stopped working?
Call and describe it. If you have not used 360 Home Improvement before, the first service call is free. You get the diagnosis and the price before anything is touched.
