When to call about it
A ceiling stain that keeps coming back
Painting over it hides it until the next rain. The order that works is find the source, fix it, then repair the drywall. In that sequence, once.
Doors that stick in the summer and swing free in the winter
Humidity moves the jamb. Planing the door solves it for one season; correcting the jamb and the strike solves it permanently.
Cracked or sunken concrete at the entry
Fine hairline cracking is normal here. A section that has dropped is drainage or base failure underneath, and it will keep dropping until that is addressed.

- Is there a minimum job size?
- No. Small jobs are the point of calling one person instead of four. The visit is worth making if a handful of items get done in it.
- Can you do several unrelated things in one visit?
- That is usually the most efficient way to do it. Send the list ahead of time and the visit gets scheduled with the right length and the right parts on the truck.
- Do you handle larger remodels?
- Kitchens and bathrooms get discussed case by case. Anything structural or requiring a permitted build-out is scoped honestly before it is taken on.
