When to call about it
The dryer takes two cycles to dry one load
Nine times out of ten that is a blocked vent, not a broken dryer. It is also the single most common cause of dryer fires, so it is worth clearing rather than living with.
Water under the fridge
Usually a frozen defrost drain or a split water line to the ice maker. Both are inexpensive. Both ruin a floor if they are left alone.
A washer that walks across the laundry room

- Is it worth repairing, or should I just replace it?
