How this ended up covering the whole house
Air conditioning came first. 10 years of it, licensed, in a county where a system runs nearly every day of the year and a failure in August is not something a family can wait a week on.
The rest followed from the work itself. An AC call is already a plumbing call: the condensate line is a drain, and it is the single most common failure in South Florida. It is already an electrical call, because of the disconnect, the contactor and the dedicated circuit. And an air handler is a machine with a motor and a control board, which is the same thing a washer or a refrigerator is.
After enough years of standing in a kitchen being asked whether the range hookup, the leaking hose bibb and the hole the leak left in the ceiling could also be handled, the answer became yes. That is what 360 Home Improvement is.
